The Leadership Team
The Leadership Team is an invite-based program, filled with our most dedicated and trustworthy students. These students assist with younger classes. Leadership students must hold at least a blue belt rank and display consistent role-model behavior both on and off the mat. These students attend weekly meetings where we cover teaching skills in class, practice curriculum for upcoming lesson plans, and talk about how to be a leader inside and outside the dojo.
